Významné ST deprese při ergometrickém vyšetření u mladých asymptomatických jedinců

Přítomnost horizontálních či descendentních depresí ST úseků na EKG při ergometrickém vyšetření je ukazatelem přítomnosti ischemické choroby srdeční. Diagnostická výtěžnost zátěžového testu je obecně nejvyšší u starších mužů s typickou anginózní symptomatologií. Řada faktorů může způsobit falešnou pozitivitu ergometrického vyšetření, nicméně i v nepřítomnosti těchto faktorů se u mladé asymptomatické populace mohou objevit na zátěžovém EKG falešně pozitivní změny v asi 5-10% případů. Cílem článku je upozornit na možnost přítomnosti falešně pozitivních ergometrických nálezů u této populace a zmínit některé metody, které mohou riziko falešně pozitivního hodnocení testu významně snížit.
