ASOCIACE ALOPECIA AREATA S AUTOIMUNITNÍ TYREOIDITIDOU U 17LETÉ DÍVKY

Alopecia areata (AA) je onemocnění charakterizované asymptomatickými, nezánětlivými, nejizvícími alopetickými ložisky. Autoimunitní tyreoiditidy (AT) jsou typickými orgánově zaměřenými autoagresivními chorobami. Celkové zánětlivé projevy bývají laboratorně prokazatelné, ale klinicky obvykle málo vyjádřené. U dětí a mladistvých se nejčastěji vyskytuje lymfocytární tyreoiditida.

U naší pacientky se jedná o atopický typ alopecia areata, který tvoří asi 10 % případů, začíná většinou v dětství a může trvat více než 10 let. Při asociaci s jinými autoimunitními chorobami je průběh AA těžší, častěji se rozvine alopecia areata universalia. Při výskytu alopecie areata u dětí a dospívajících musíme myslet také na ostatní autoimunitní onemocnění. Autoimunitní endokrinopatie patří mezi nejčastější onemocnění v dětské endokrinologii.
