Alergie, anafylaxe, anafylaktický šok

V posledních letech zcela mimořádným způsobem přibývá alergických reakcí na podněty, se kterými se běžně setkáváme ve svém životě. Jedná se o velmi závažné reakce, často pacienta ohrožující bezprostředně na životě. Vzhledem k faktorům, které tyto reakce vyvolávají, patří znalost zaléčení alergické, resp. anafylaktické reakce mezi základní znalosti lékařů jakékoliv specializace. Stejně tak je nutná i velmi podrobná edukace pacienta v zaléčení sama sebe – v rámci zvládnutí akutní reakce při opakovaném setkání s vyvolávajícím alergenem.
