Novinky v očkování

Autor podává krátký přehled vybraných novinek v aktivní profylaxi, dostupné v České republice. Informace se týkají aktualizace očkovacího kalendáře s hlavními změnami, platnými pro praktické lékaře od 1. ledna 2007. Pozornost je věnována možnostem aktivní ochrany proti pneumokokovým infekcím, planým neštovicím a rotavirovým nákazám. Stručně jsou uvedeny principy očkování proti papilomavirovým infekcím, které jsou nezbytným předpokladem rozvoje určitých nádorových onemocnění, zejména nádoru děložního čípku.
