Alergická rýma

Alergická rýma je nejčastějším projevem alergického onemocnění na horních dýchacích cestách. Negativně ovlivňuje kvalitu života pacientů a je závažným rizikovým faktorem pro vznik bronchiálního astmatu. U všech pacientů s trvalými nosními obtížemi je proto nutné důkladné vyšetření dýchacích cest včetně vyloučení projevů astmatu. Léčba alergické rýmy je komplexní a dlouhodobá, nezřídka celoživotní. Vedle farmakoterapie zahrnuje i režimová opatření a v indikovaných případech specifickou alergenovou imunoterapii.
