Dermatomykózy

Říše hub je velmi rozmanitá – z více než 150 000 dosud popsaných druhů je pro člověka jen asi 180 druhů patogenních. Ve sdělení je hlavní pozornost věnována mykotickým onemocněním kůže, jedné z nejčastějších chorob léčených v ambulanci nejen kožního lékaře. Pro diagnózu je důležitý klinický obraz podpořený mykologickým vyšetřením. V další části se sdělení zabývá dělením dermatomykóz dle anatomické lokalizace a možnostmi léčení. V závěru článku se autor věnuje prevenci k zabránění recidiv onemocnění.
