Co je lékem první volby u hypertenze v roce 2007?

Podáváme přehled 5 základních skupin antihypertenziv, thiazidových diuretik, betablokátorů, antagonistů vápníkových kanálů, inhibitorů angiotenzin konvertujícího enzymu a antagonistů receptorů pro angiotenzin II. U jednotlivých antihypertenziv jsou zmíněny stavy vhodné pro jejich podávání, kontraindikace a stavy nevhodné pro jejich podávání. Přehled vychází z ESH/ESC doporučení 2007.
