Parazitární kožní choroby a jejich léčba

Kožní choroby parazitární (epizoonózy) jsou skupinou onemocnění, u kterých jsou kožní změny vyvolány parazity vegetujícími na kůži nebo v jejím okolí. Nebezpečí spočívá v porušení kožního krytu a otevření cesty další infekci, zejména virózám a riketsiózám, ale i běžné pyogenní infekci (7). U epizoonóz v užším slova smyslu žije parazit na kůži (např. vši), mezi epizoonózy v širším slova smyslu řadíme kožní projevy vyvolané živočichy, kteří na kůži nežijí (např. poštípání hmyzem) (1). Důležité jsou hygienické poměry – nedostatečná péče o tělo a malý životní prostor mají na parazity příznivý vliv.
