Dust mite and allergies

Allergy is a chronic inflammatory response of the mucosa or skin. It is a hyper-reaction of the body to environmental allergens. Dust

mite allergy mainly affects the respiratory system most commonly causing rhinitis and asthma. Complaints may last all year or change

with varying intensity. The present article provides a brief overview of this issue.
