Hearing loss in general practicioner

Hearing loss affects 10 % of adults, in the age over 75 years more than 40 % of population. This article gives a brief review of causes, clinical

features, evaluation and therapy of hearing loss. There is an important role of interdisciplinary cooperation of general practicioner

and otorinolaryngologist in evaluation and therapy of hearing loss.
