Nutritional disorders are a concomitant phenomenon in patients with inflammatory bowel disease. Dietary measures and administration

of various forms of enteral and parenteral nutrition are an integral part of treatment for Crohn‘s disease and ulcerative colitis in both

the hospital and home setting.
