Diagnostika a léčba idiopatických střevních zánětů
- II. interní klinika &ndash, gastroenterologická a hepatologická LF a FN Olomouc
Jde o edukační článek pojednávající o diagnostice a léčbě idiopatických střevních zánětů, konkrétně o ulcerózní kolitidě a Crohnově
nemoci. Je určen zejména pro praktické lékaře, ale také internisty a gastroenterology. Etiologie a patogeneze obou chorob jsou podobné,
a proto jsou rozvedeny společně. Epidemiologie, patologicko-anatomický obraz, klinický průběh a diagnostika jsou odlišné, a proto jsou
uvedeny pro každou chorobu samostatně. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována léčbě, tj. léčbě konzervativní a chirurgické.

Diagnosis and treatment of idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases
The educational article reviews main principles of the diagnostic procedures and treatment of the inflammatory bowel diseases, in the
concrete the ulcerative colitis and Crohn´s diseaase. The article is determined especially to general practitioners but also to specialists
in internal medicine and gastroenterology. The etiology and pathogenesis of a both diseases are alike and are described together. The
epidemiology, patology, clinical course and diagnosis are different and are described separately. The special interest is in the conservative
and surgical treatment of the inflammatory bowel diseases.
