Functional dyspepsia

Educational narrative review apply to diagnostic procedures and treatment of the functional dyspepsia with respect to the Rome III

and traditional Czech classification. The special mention is to functional overlal syndromes, treatment of PPI and positivity of H. pylori in

patient with functional dyspesia. Therapy of functional dyspepsia have to be complex that is pharmacological and non-pharmacologial

inclusively psychological investigation. The accent is put on very well treatment effect of sulpirid.
