The approaches, behavior and attitudes to patients with dementia are very important determinants of quality of care. In practice,
however, often we meet with dysfunctional approaches, such as stereotypes, prejudices and discrimination. Good and right
care is not only based on good knowledge about dementia, but also on the personality the caregiver and his ability to master a
professional and correct attitudes and behavior.
