The journal brings information and news from the field of internal medicine and is aimed at the targert group of general practitioners. With it being well-structured and easy to follow, the journal attempts to make it easier for the readers to orient themselves in their field, to focus on the patient and to bring benefits into their practice. The choice of topics attempts to outreach the wide range of internal medicine in regards to the possibility of prescription of a particular medicine by the first contact physicians. While compiling the edition schedule of the journal, the needs and interests of the particular target group become a key factor. These are monitored and achieved by fieldwork directly with the sources.
