ViaTromb Forte Spray Gel - novinka v terapii komplikací chronické žilní insuficience

Autorky ve svém článku shrnují podstatu problematiky chronické venozní insuficience, její komplikace a zásady komplexní terapie. Zaměřují se především na lokální použití heparinů v nové galenické formě liposomálního spraygelu, který usnadňuje transepidermální průnik. Tyto poznatky jsou ověřeny studiemi a potvrzeny jak ultrasonograficky, tak měřením změn endoteliální aktivity (EA) po acetylcholinové iontoforeze měřené pomocí kalibrované fotopletysmografie. Dále shrnují diagnózy, které jsou indikovány k této lokální terapii s vhodným terapeutickým schématem. Opakovaně zdůrazňují komplexní přístup a průběžné hodnocení efektu léčby s její eventuální úpravou dle aktuálního stavu.
