Hodnocení metabolického a nutričního stavu nemocných

Zhodnocení nutričního stavu je součástí celkového klinického přístupu. Neexistuje metoda, podle které je možno definitivně určit diagnózu malnutrice, vždy je třeba v klinickém kontextu provést soubor vyšetření. Běžně se provádí kombinace více vyšetřovacích metod. Cílem tohoto přehledného sdělení je podat přehled současných postupů v klinické diagnostice malnutrice.
