Farmakologická léčba fibrilace síní

Fibrilace síní je nejčastější setrvalou arytmií a nezávislým rizikovým faktorem pro vznik CMP v důsledku tromboembolizmu. Je podána strategie léčby a doporučení farmakologické léčby kontroly frekvence, kontroly rytmu a prevence tromboembolie.
