Kontaktní dermatitidy

Kontaktní dermatitidy jsou častá kožní onemocnění, která postihují celou populaci. Jsou vyvolána působením exogenních látek na kůži za spolupůsobení dalších faktorů. Klinický obraz bývá rozmanitý. Diagnóza je kombinací anamnestických údajů, klinického obrazu a provedených vyšetření. Prevencí vzniku kontaktních dermatitid je dodržování zásad ochrany kůže při práci, používání ochranných krémů a vhodná volba zaměstnání vzhledem k jiným dermatózám (např. atopickému ekzému).
