Interventional rehabilitation is a modern approach in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders where classical conservative physiotherapy

fails. It uses the application of the local anesthetic using special anesthetic technique affecting the neuromuscular system.

The big advantage is targeted affecting the peripheral nervous system with minimal influence on vital functions and the possibility

of cooperation with the patient during the procedure and during rehabilitation. As an example, there is the case of a young man with

post-traumatic lower extremity limitations, where the interventional rehabilitation was used with prompt effect.
