Možnosti léčení chronické žilní insuficience s využitím gelů s vyšší koncentrací heparinu

Chronická žilní insuficience je závažné onemocnění, postihující zejména osoby středního a vyššího věku. Možnosti terapie jsou zaměřeny na potlačování projevů tohoto onemocnění a prevenci jeho komplikací. Vedle chirurgické léčby se významně uplatňuje také terapie medikamentózní, zahrnující i gelová externa s vyšší koncentrací heparinu. Společně s kompresivní terapií, režimovými opatřeními a důslednou edukací pacienta jsou významnou součástí léčby a své uplatnění nacházejí i v případech po provedené sklerotizaci povrchních žil.
