Úloha sestry při aplikaci nových metod v léčbě ulcerací syndromu diabetické nohy

Léčba syndromu diabetické nohy (SDN) je často komplikovaná a zdlouhavá. Stále se hledají nové metody, které by zlepšily a urychlily proces hojení ulcerací. Na povleklé rány lze použít larvy speciálního druhu mouchy Lucilia sericata (bzučivka zelená), zejména u ran, kde není vhodný jiný typ debridementu. Aplikace řízeného podtlaku (V. A. C. – Vacuum Assisted Closure) patří rovněž k novějším technikám hojení ran, zastoupí materiály běžně používané na infikované rány a pro podporu granulace. Novým biologickým krytem, který byl nyní uveden na náš trh, je acelulární prasečí dermis (Xe-Derma), která pomáhá vzniku epitelu.
